Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We charge a percentage fee on top of each transaction, payable by the buyer. There are no fixed or hidden fees, so the buyer will only pay a percentage on top of the transaction amount.

To provide more flexibility, we offer two pricing categories: business and personal. Business fees are generally lower than personal fees, and they allow for larger transaction sizes and more volume.

Prosper strictly prohibits using its services for any transactions or sales related to high-risk jurisdictions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russian Federation, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk Regions, or with individuals/entities on restricted or sanction lists maintained by the U.S., United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations.

We work with industry leading partners such as Chainalysis and Comply Advantage to detect fraud, money-laundering and terrorist financing.

We are supervised by financial regulators and authorities in several jurisdictions in Europe and the United Arab Emirates.

We are licensed and regulated by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) as a cryptocurrency provider, and we are investment licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).

Typically it takes between 1-2 business days for your funds to arrive on your bank account. This is dependent on traditional banking, therefore payouts are not processed during weekends and bank holidays.

Payouts are settled in the currency chosen during the creation of a payment. E.g. if you request US Dollars, you will receive US Dollars in your bank account.
